Today is the anniversary of my sisters death.
I'm thinking about her a lot today.
I have some new readers since I wrote this post in October so I thought I would just re-post it.

I'm so sorry, Tori. I know the emptiness and loss will never go away. (((hugs)))
Contrary to what is said, time does not heal all wounds. It just makes it more bearable. From the tone of the other article, it sounds like she was a wonderful person, and she left you with so many wonderful memories to bring a smile to your face when you think of her.
Hi Tori ~ That is such a beautiful tribute to your sister. Hugs to you!
I was not reading your blog back then. That is such a gut wrenching story. I am sure that your sister still loves you and watches over you. I am sure that she is proud of the family that you have raised. She lives on through you! (((HUGS)))
I'm so sorry Tori. Thinking of you and sending hugs.

I am so sorry for your loss. It's nice that you have this place to pay tribute to her.
Saying prayers for you and your family today.
Oh Tori, I didn't know, I'm a newcomer to your blog as well. Although I understand tragedy and how hard it is to write about it. The link was a lovely commemoration of Alex and long may she live in your heart.
I just found your blog, but I want to say sorry. I do not know how it feels to lose a sister, but I lost my best friend that I new since birth in a car accident when we were 19. It was tragic, but I keep her alive everyday in my heart.
It sounds like you and your sister have a strong bond and even though she is not alive, I am sure she is still very much part of your life.
I am so very sorry. My thoughts are with you.
Thank you for sharing that story.
As I read it, I was thinking how all along, all the painful things, divorce, a death of a friend... God used to bring you to Him.
What a wonderful tribute to your sister!
I am new to the blogging world & just found you. Your title intrigued me.. :)
Blessings
Tori, what amazing strength you must have to deal with the passing of a sister you were so close with. Reading your post about her made my eyes well-up with tears. How absolutely tragic a thing to happen to someone so young and so beautiful. But while I was sad, I couldn't help but feel happiness also when you said that your sister received Christ before the accident. Praise God!!!! And praise God that you did too. You can know that you will see her again. How wonderful and what peace this must bring. You don't have to wonder. The dreams are amazing. There's so much more to life than what meets the eye. I can't wait to ask God about all the freaky things that happen like that! lol Thank you for telling us about your sister and of your love for her. You wrote it so beautifully.
